Back in the day..

Way back in 2015 Carl Downs founded Genius and personally designed and developed an innovative software solution for training providers in the UK to manage their training businesses. There was really only one very basic system on the market at that time and it's customers were frustrated with it. This new and innovative solution took two full years to develop, however finally it was ready, and it was ugly, had very few customers but already included the innovative customer platform and trainer platform right from day 1. This would later prove invaluable to the success of Genius.
Those early customers used Genius for free in exchange for their valuable feedback, and Genius began to grow, both in features and in paying customers.

Genius is now almost a decade old and is no longer the ugly version that it once was. It's now a world class training management system that is used by companies of all sizes, in all industries all over the world, from the USA to the UAE, UK, Europe, Africa, Australia and more.
The Genius user base is wide and varied from small owner/trainer companies using Genius Lite to large training providers, universities and large PLC's who use Genius to track their own staff training in countries around the world. Genius now boasts some very high profile household brand names as clients especially in the USA.
Thanks really needs to be given to those customers who offered early feedback as they are the real architects of Genius. Our community of customers still give valuable feedback today, and for those we are truly grateful.

Genius initially started out as a UK company, after all our founder is British, however as much of our client base is now American and the SaaS (Software as a Service) world is US based, Genius is now an American LLC (Genius LLC) formed in Delaware USA, with a permanent presence in the USA, the UK and Australia.

• Innovative features such as Customer Platform and Trainer Platform set Genius apart from other software vendors. Now these features are imitated by other vendors.

• Started small in the UK and now at almost a decade on serves clients around the world in countries such as UK, Europe, Africa, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada, United States of America, Caribbean, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and many more.

• Genius LLC is a USA company with a presence in the USA, UK and Australia.
