Is there a set up fee?

• Lite has no initial set up fee.

• Premium has (USD $995) initial set up fee.

Can I switch plans without losing my data?

You can switch from Lite to Premium at anytime, just be aware that switching from Lite to Premium will incur a setup fee plus a minimum 12 month contract. You cannot switch from Premium to Lite while in contract. Out of contract is no problem.

Can I add / remove Licences?

You can add or remove licences or cancel all together at anytime with Genius Lite.
With Genius Premium you can add licences at any time, you can only reduce licences on renewal of your contract (every 12 months).

Do I need a credit/debit card to sign up?

Yes, we take your subscription using credit/debit card only as the subscription system is fully automated by Stripe.

Can I cancel at anytime?

• Lite, yes you can without any notice.

• Premium has a minimum 12 month contract, when you are out of contract you can agree another 12 months or quit. Enterprise has a 24 month rolling contract.

Do you negotiate discounts?

No, we don't negotiate discounts regardless of number of licences on monthly subscriptions. This ensures that everyone pays the same rates and everyone gets the very best deal. We do offer a discount if you choose to pay annually (see below).

Do you discount if I pay annually?

Yes, we offer a discount if you choose to pay annually, giving you 2 months free, so you pay for 10 months and get 12 months.

What happens to my Data if I leave?

We can export your data so you can take this with you (there may be a charge for this). We then delete your data 7 days after your contract is terminated.
